1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Reforzal UGC Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reforzal UGC Manager is a Shopify application that provides:

• Influencer relationship management (CRM)
• Discount code creation and tracking
• Content submission portal for influencers
• AI-powered coupon generation
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Account Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Have a valid Shopify store
• Be authorized to manage the store
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Pricing and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Starter (29€/month), Pro (79€/month), and Business (199€/month) plans. Plan features and limits are described in the app.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime from the Shopify admin.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds follow Shopify's App Store refund policy. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Use automated tools to abuse API limits
• Store sensitive personal data (financial, health) in the App
• Violate Shopify's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR if you have EU customers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Reforzal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of data you input into the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Shopify: Platform functionality
• Resend: Email delivery
• Google Gemini: AI features

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Sales or revenue generated (or not generated) through influencer campaigns
• Accuracy of influencer data you input
• Actions taken by influencers using the portal
• Third-party service outages or changes

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFORZAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
